Experiences

I currently involved in many extra-curricular activities. I am highly involved in my church, Westminster Presbyterian Church. I am a member of the PYC (Presbyterian Youth Committee) as the Co-Moderator, committee member on the Education and Practice Committee, and a member of the Knox choir, which had an International Tour to Scotland in the summer of 2011 and will have another in the summer of 2016, part of the youth group 50+ strong, and volunteer my time in the nursery and Sunday school (multiple grades).  

 

I am also involved in academic activities at the Dayton Regional STEM School as well, I am a part of the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 Science Olympiad Team for the Dayton Regional STEM School, as well as I participated in District Science Fair in 2012-2013 with my partner Maria Burks and 2013-2014 with my partner Arianna Apudo. Also I have been a member of the JCOWA, JAWS COMET, team since 2013 as we compete regionally in Junior Council of World Affairs Quiz bowls at University of Dayton Campus. And as of spring 2015 a member of the National Honors Society at the DRSS.

 

Internship 2014

As part of my job experience, I have volunteered over 180+ hours in Stebbins High School's Athletic Training Program with the various athletes at Stebbins helping in preforming preventive and emergency care. This was also a part of my internship, which is required at STEM. I plan to continue this internship another year for the summer of 2015 and possibly another with Wright State University.
