In this project we interviewed an immigrant from another country. My immigrant was from Germany. I asked her many questions like; what was it like to live in Germany in World War II, how did you travel to the U.S. was it easy or hard, what is the difference in your life now compared to then? After recording the interview I transcribed the interview. It took a long time to transcribe every word. Then we had to go though many drafts to make the interview sound more natural.  This project took a lot of communication and inquiry through asking the questions to communicating their experiences. I liked this project the most because it showed us what we take for granted.to the right, is one of my many drafts.
