Intersession is a time where high school students take their required Internship, while everyone else chooses a class called intersession. My choice was Destination ImagiNation (and that "N" isn't a typo. we are a Nation imagining our destination). It a non-profit that provides problem based challenges. My group of seven's problem was to build a structure that was light, could hold weight, and hold golf balls. The other problems in our challenge were to create a delivery system that could delivery golf balls to the structure, and to revolve everything in a skit. This challenge took a lot of creativity with coming up with all the crazy ideas like that the skit was about a chicken who outsmarts a wolf in waiting twelve days to eats him in that time the chicken gets fat and then crushes the wolf. This skit also had a song, a parody off the "Twelve Days of Christmas". In this skit we had to use collaboration to work with my teammates to produce a refined skit. Below is a picture of the regional competition at Sinclair Community College that we placed fourth in.
