"I am a Chinese Teacher" Project:
In this project we had to create a video in where we only spoke Chinese to demonstrate content knowledge.
In this project we learned about healthy living and in a whole week of events made and exectuted an event that helps a group in STEM become healthy.
Conflict and Genocide Poster Project:
In this project we learned about Genocides and Conflict in World History and read a book about a character in those events. This lead to a poster which either is a rememberance of those lost or advotcating for somehting to happen like in Syria.
In this project we designed an intervention to reduce the incindence of cancer at Wright State University.
Westcott House Video Endeavor:
In this project I designed a video based of the Westcott House using the emphasis of shapes to inspire me.
This past year has been filled with struggles for me with many unexpected changes that left me in the dust wondering why and how. Over the year I feel I have grown in my time management skills. Yes, they may still not be perfect as I procrastinate now to hurry to finish stuff I told myself needed to be done a month ago, but in a skill like this improvement is what really matters. This strive towards being able to have time for everything, work, play, and fun. At the beginning of this year my time management skills stunk only allowing me as the work load became harder to dig myself in an ever deeper hole, soon realizing that this, despite my tries, wasn’t going anywhere. Leading to my portable white board (has a calendar) and millions of lists on paper. On this white board I wrote all the work from school sorting it according to due date, priority, and writing check mark boxes next to it. I carried it around everywhere around my house as my constant reminder. After I became tired of carrying the board, I would sit down crank out the work as it would end up feeling liberated.
A project that I feel shows this improvement is the cancer project. In this project I felt very overwhelmed with the information as there was many and the timeline was mainly self-controlled. From there I set out my timelines and lists. This helped me keep on track to make the final product on time and in a professional manner.
This skill is highly important at the Dayton Regional STEM School. The work load at this school tends to be heavier than most as the projects tend to be constant and integrated. If you get behind during a project, it will only set you further and further behind, digging the ever deeper hole.

Case Presentation Genetics Project:
In this project we diagnosed a simulated patient with a genetic disease and presented it to Doctors from Dayton's Children's Hospital.
